The tips just keep rolling in today. The ultra-luxury Fort Greene condominiums we reported on earlier have now just shown up on the Elliman listings. Looks like they may be co-brokering these with Harbor View Realty.
In addition to some new pictures, the listings on the Elliman site also are a tad more expensive (what's $100K or $200K when the prices is $1MM+??) than what Harbor View was marketing them at.
Three units are for sale, all with 1000 sq ft of living space, but one with outdoor terrace and another with a penthouse deck. Prices are $1.2MM, $1.3MM and $1.5MM. Start saving those pennies for that Poggenpohl kitchen.

My boyfriend lives across the street and has been noting the changes over the past year. I've seen this place several times a week since February - very cool to finally get a look at the inside.
I attest that these are nice finishings, very serene, tasteful, modern. But $1300 to $1500 a foot? I mean come on, no poggenpohl kitchen is worth close to that. Did you see the layouts on the elliman website? 7x12 2nd bedroom. Why in the world someone would pay $1,500,000 DOLLARS for a 1+ bedroom 1,000 sq/ft condo on St. Feliox is beyond my comprehension. Can you help me out here LT??
well k firpa, i thought the same thing about the prices for the greene scene- they were $945 for 1000 sq ft 2 bed 2 baths and 2 of them sold.
but i also share your doubt about these selling. we'll see.
yeah, these don't look worth their list.
