Renovation at 53 Underhill
Workers were busy doing work on this renovation at 53 Underhill. Does anyone know what this will be? Condos or did someone buy the lot, raze it and is in the process of building something? Hopefully it's something as innovative as the firehouse renovation we profiled here earlier.

Thats my neighbor. Its a private house which was in terrible, terrible disrepair. The new owner is completely renovating it and using it as his private residence.
Does anyone know the property tax implications of renovating a house such as this?.... essentially changing it from multi-family dwelling to a single-family home? The tax class is the same but would the assessed value go up becasue of the renovation thereby raising the tax?
