Clinton Hill Mansion condos

It's not every day that you see a converted mansion being sold as condos on Century 21 Milestone. But today's that day. There are 3 units - a 3 bed, 2 bath for $759K, a 2 bed, 1 bath for $589K and $559K. The priciest unit also comes with a parking spot. Does anyone know where this building may be located, judging from the picture?

This is on Clinton between Greene and Gates, next to the haunted church. Been undergoing reno since I first moved to the area, almost three years ago!

This building has had some problems. The developers did something inappropriate to the exterior, like stripping it in such a manner that the structure could be damaged by water, and had to go to court (I think with LPC) over it. So even though the renovation was finished like almost 2 years ago they couldn't put it on sale until the court case was resolved.

The interiors look very ugly and cheap, in my opinion. They sort of dipped and stripped it and gave it a home depot makeover. Even though I think the building is really cool looking, the finishing makes it a bit sad, and for 3/4 of a million $$ I wouldn't want to have to upgrade the kitchen.

people live there in one of the units already. some of the finishing details outside could have been done better and more in accord with the landmarked buildings on the street (eg the window ironwork - paint it black an get something more decorative.).
