Merchant House condos price drop?
This unit has been on the market for a very long time - we're talking 2+ years. From what I recall, it was once on the market for $1.45MM. Now, BHS has it for $1.095MM. It is a 2,677 square foot duplex, one of the floors which looks to be on the street level.The address is 618-626 Dean Street.
