It's not as if the condo is a disaster... it's just priced badly. One of these days it'll hit the sweet spot. I don't think it is quite there yet, but who knows in this market.
i'm thinking 1.75 max...there's stuff to get at onehanson and forte if they really wanted to be in fort greene and it would probably have more living space.
that building is so ugly, no wonder it is not selling! Bad borough architecture gone mod, IMO. It's a blemish in an otherwise beautiful neighborhood.
