High-priced condo at One Hanson

Here's one of the more expensive units at the One Hanson Place condos. There's 2,148 square feet of space for $1.963MM. It would be interesting to know what floor this one's on, as the layout is far different from any other we've seen so far.

A long gallery separates one of the bedrooms from the living/dining space.

I expected my gut reaction to be "ugh" because I'm not a fan of long hallways (or galleries, if you must). Usually dark spaces and they eat up a lot of sq. ft. But once I looked at the floorplan, I didn't mind it - because putting windows in the hall, I think, improves things dramatically. Add in the seperate and windowed dining area, and I think this is the kind of thing someone will go for.

Not bad at all.

Not that I would spend ~$2 for it (if I had that kind of money), but it'll definitely attract potential buyers, I think.

it would've been great to have a windowed bathroom...but none of the three have windows..
