Curbed reckoned it's more like 90 days. Personally, I have no idea. But even if it is 90 days, that's not bad!
gotta love the walk the yuppies are going to make from the oro to the subway....that's a pretty shitty stretch of flatbush.
9:10, that's true - for now. If all goes to plan, that stretch of Flatbush is going to get a major facelift and overhaul.
I dunno what we'll actually end up with, but there is the "promise" that the whole Flatbush extension will get the 'parkway' treatment.
This building is going to be pretty phenomenal to that entire stretch of area (and no I don't work for them). The initial sales prices had a very good price per square foot ratio and were mostly studios and one bedrooms. I don't think much of the two bedrooms at higher prices have moved much. With 300+ units, those people are going to need someplace to eat, drink, buy groceries and whatnot. And there's plenty more units going up around there. it's a bit of a walk to the subway, but the prices reflect that - and it's got a lap pool and bball court as compensation!
