Griffin article in NY Post
We broke the story on the new Griffin coops 6 days ago. Today, the NY Post had a small article on the five new units that were formerly part of the first floor's commercial space.According to Rodolfo Lucchese, who we named as the Griffin broker-extraordinaire, these units are selling for only about $550 psf due to its' location on the first floor.
Interestingly enough, if you purchase early enough, you can leave the space raw, or have it made to your measurements.
We also noticed that the most expensive unit is located away from the South Oxford Street exit and has a terrace, which looks to abut the inner courtyard? Can anyone who lives in here confirm?
