Mathematics 101 at the Washington
According to Aguayo, the Washington Condos are 97% sold (up from 95% sold yesterday, incidentally).As the site shows 12 units left for sale, this means there were 400 units for sale.
Anyone want to take on the fuzzy math?

pk heat pump unit are not good .
cheap inefficiant and costly to run.
The geothermal heat pump system may cost more to install,using the earth or ground water but would benefit all of us in the long run.you could also use clean coal with steam heat or hot water. AC can be adapted to the system. WE pay one million thats enough let the maintenance cost less.
